When you order your VED, you can e-mail or speak confidentially with an expert customer service representative to take your order and answer your questions.  Our patient records, computer system and communications systems are secure, confidential and HIPAA compliant. 

Every employee at Hope Medical Supply is thoroughly trained, observed and tested regarding strict adherence to HIPPA privacy laws. When all necessary health insurance information, medical documentation and prior authorizations are obtained, your VED will be shipped in discrete packaging to your delivery address from Hope Medical Supply. 

We will not share or sell your private health information.  You can trust that we are a reliable medical supply company.
